How Much Does a Fishing Trip in Dubai Cost?
Search for fishing trips in Dubai and the prices are hard to compare: some are per person, some per boat, some leave out the bait or the gear. Here is exactly what a private trip on the Sea Hunter 34ft costs, and what you get for it.
The price
The Sea Hunter is AED 650 per hour, with a 6-hour minimum. The shortest trip is therefore AED 3,900 for the whole boat — not per person. Every extra hour after the sixth is another AED 650.
Why six hours
A fishing trip is not a sightseeing cruise. You need time to run out to the spots, set up, move if the fish are not there, and come back without rushing. Six hours is what a proper trip needs; anything shorter usually means more time travelling than fishing.
What is included

- Captain and crew, who know where to go and help beginners
- Water and soft drinks
There is no separate charge for any of these, which is where many cheaper-looking offers add up.
What it works out to per person
The boat takes up to 12 guests. With a full group, the 6-hour minimum works out to AED 325 each — for a private boat, not a shared one where you fish next to strangers. With six people it is AED 650 each.
What the boat gives you for that
A 34 ft centre-console boat with triple Mercury outboards, a shaded T-top over the helm, a bow lounge, a wide sofa at the back, and — unusually for a fishing boat — a cabin with a double bed plus a toilet and shower below deck. It sails from Dubai Harbour.

No — the minimum is six hours, because a fishing trip shorter than that is mostly travelling.
