Celebrating a Birthday on the Pink Yacht in Dubai

A birthday on a yacht is already a step up from a restaurant booking. A birthday on Dubai's only fully pink yacht is the one people post about for a week. Here is how it works.
The birthday package
The Pink Yacht has a dedicated 2-hour birthday package for AED 4,500. Two hours is the right length for most birthdays: enough time to board, cruise, cut the cake and take the photos without the party dragging. We confirm what the package includes for your celebration on WhatsApp before you pay.
If you'd rather build it yourself, the yacht is also available by the hour at AED 1,800 with a 2-hour minimum.

How many guests
Up to 20. The yacht is 64 ft with a flybridge, a foredeck sun area, a shaded aft deck, an air-conditioned salon and three cabins, so a group of twenty spreads out naturally rather than crowding one deck.
The cake moment
The aft deck table is where most birthdays cut the cake — shaded, close to the salon, with the Marina towers behind. Order a custom cake when you book; a pink or white design photographs beautifully against the boat. Decoration and balloons can be added too.
Best time to sail
- Late afternoon to sunset — the warmest light on the pink, and the best photos.
- Evening — the Marina lit up behind you; better for a party mood than for photos.
- Midday — the brightest colours, but bring shade and sunscreen in the warmer months.
Who it suits
Milestone birthdays (18th, 21st, 30th), surprise parties, sweet sixteens with parents on board, and anyone whose favourite colour is pink. For kids' parties the same rules as any yacht apply — see our yacht birthday planning guide.
Planning in five steps
- Choose your date and the 2-hour package or hourly.
- Confirm the guest count (up to 20).
- Add the cake and decoration.
- Pay in full or split it with Tabby or Tamara.
- Arrive at Dubai Marina a little early for boarding photos.

Best season and timing in Dubai
October to April is the most comfortable season on the water, with warm days and mild evenings — and the busiest, so weekend dates go first. From May to September it is hot; choose late afternoon or evening and use the shaded flybridge, aft deck and air-conditioned salon. Sunset in Dubai falls at roughly 5:30–6:00 pm in winter and around 7:00 pm in midsummer, so time your booking to catch the last hour of daylight.
