Fishing Trips from Dubai Harbour: A Practical Guide

Dubai Harbour sits between Palm Jumeirah and Bluewaters, at the open-sea end of the coast. For a fishing trip that matters: from the moment you leave the marina you are a short run from the water off JBR, Bluewaters and the Palm, without a long slow cruise out of an inner marina first.
The boat that sails from there
Our Sea Hunter 34ft is a centre-console fishing boat for up to 12 guests. Triple Mercury outboards get you to the spots quickly, and the T-top shades the helm and the middle of the deck.

How the day runs
- Boarding at Dubai Harbour — the crew meets you at the boat. Bring sunscreen, hats and sunglasses; the gear is on board.
- The run out — a quick ride on the outboards, past Ain Dubai and the Bluewaters skyline.
- Fishing — the captain picks the spots and moves if they are quiet. The crew sets up rods and bait and helps anyone who has not fished before.
- Breaks — the bow lounge, the aft sofa and the cabin below deck, with a toilet and shower on board.
- Back to the harbour — with time to spare, not a rush at the end.
When to go
The cooler months from roughly October to April are the most comfortable for a long day on deck. In summer, start early and fish the morning before the heat builds. Our fishing charter guide covers seasons and species in more detail.
